This is an image of some of the magnificent rock formations located in the Chisos Mountains near the Chisos Basin Campground at Big Bend National Park in Texas. If one looks closely at the amazing rock formations that surround the campground, it is possible to find many "mind's eye" images. I call this image "Big Bend's Praying Hands". You can see it, can't you? These old, majestic hands have been reaching up in prayer for centuries. Never wavering, just steadfast in their continuing prayers of thanksgiving. This cluster of rocks stands in a crevice of the Chisos Mountains, and has been standing there for thousands of years. This is just one of many images that can be seen while sitting and enjoying the quiet at one's campground site in the Chisos Mountains.
