This is an original photograph of a beautiful Egret. The photograph has been digitally enhanced in order to give you a lovely work of art to grace your home or office.
This beautiful Egret was photographed from the shores of Rockport, Texas on the Texas Gulf Coast.This beautiful bird was once slaughtered by the thousands for it's soft, lacy feathers by plume hunters in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is now protected in North America and the species is increasing.
